1/4 | cup | sweet onion, cut into rings | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | Thousand Island dressing | |
|
|||
5 | slices | cooked corned beef or deli sliced corned beef | |
|
|||
2 | slices | Swiss cheese | |
|
Cover toasted rye with sauerkraut, onion, Thousand Island dressing, meat and cheese. Place under broiler for just enough time to melt the cheese and serve immediately.
