1 | 12- to 16- pound bone-in or boneless ham | ||

In a small bowl, mix pineapple bites, jalapeno pepper and cilantro (makes about 1-2 cups cup glaze). Set aside and refrigerate the sliced pineapple to serve later on.
Place ham, fat side up in a roasting pan. Brush with half of the glaze and roast for 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature registers 140 degrees. Brush occasionally with remaining glaze during roasting.
Serve ham on a platter surrounded by fresh pineapple rounds.
