1/3 | cup | creamy peanut butter | |

2 | tablespoons | half and half | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | green onion, chopped | |
|
|||
6-8 | stalks | celery, cut into thirds | |
|
|||
salted peanuts, chopped | |||
|
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and cream until smooth; stir in the onion. Stuff or pipe onto celery; sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors before serving.
