1/2 | cup | soy sauce | |

1 1/2 | Tablespoons | sesame oil | |

2 | Tablespoons | dry white wine | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | packed brown sugar | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | fresh ginger, grated | |
|
|||
3 | small heads romaine lettuce, cut in half lengthwise | ||

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wine, brown sugar and ginger until well blended. Brush lettuce with marinade. Place lettuce, cut side down, on grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning and brushing marinade halfway through cooking time.
