1/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |

1 | teaspoon | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dried oregano leaves | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
|
In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, chili powder, oregano leaves and pepper. Grill chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side, turning and basting with seasoning mixture.
