Yield: 8 dozen
3/4 | cup | shredded Parmesan cheese | |

4 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | sesame seeds | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | poppy seeds | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | dried Italian seasoning | |
|
|||
1 | package | (32 oz.) frozen roll dough, thawed | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | ounces | thinly sliced turkey, cut into thin strips | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | ounces | thinly sliced ham or pastrami, cut into thin strips | |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Combine cheese, garlic, sesame seeds and poppy seeds in a bowl.
Coat dough balls with Italian seasoning mixture and roll dough into 12- inch ropes. Cut each rope into 3- inch lengths. Top each length with a meat strip, and twist together; place breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes; place on wire racks to cool.
