4 | (6 ounce) salmon fillets or halibut or tuna fillets | ||

Sauce: | |||
1/3 | cup | heavy cream | |

1/2 | teaspoon | flour | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | fresh dill | |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Stir together melted butter and lime juice. Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush the butter mix over the top. Sprinkle garlic, white pepper and salt over the salmon. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and salmon flakes.
Sauce:
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk cream and flour until smooth; stir in 1/2 teaspoon chopped dill.
Serve salmon with warm dill sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and lime wedges if desired.
